At Solsona Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed or tampered with.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
